About Us.

The kitchen is truly my happy place; it’s where I am most at peace.  Although, I love my career as a licensed Cosmetologist and independent contractor for 30 years plus, it seems as if baking and cooking in the kitchen have always had my utmost attention. I’ve had a passion for baking since I was a little girl playing with my Easy Bake Oven.

 My family always looked forward to my chocolate chip cookies and pound cakes as they became a frequently requested treat at our gatherings.

After decades of cooking and baking, I decided to fulfill my dream and enroll in Culinary School at Owens Community College in my late forties.

In 2018 I was awarded an Associate’s Degree in Arts of Science in Culinary Arts, along with a certificate in Baking and Pastry.  Between working full time as a managing Cosmetologist at Reality Hair and Nail Salon, being a first-time grandmother, helping raise my grandson, and being a housewife and a mother, I still kept my focus on my goals of becoming an entrepreneur. God has truly blessed me with the gift of designing beautiful cakes and creating specialty egg rolls, tasty desserts, and many other pastries.

I am so humbled and proud to announce that I am the owner of Just Roll With It LLC. My food truck will launch in April 2023. I’m excited to share some of my special creations and look forward to meeting everyone personally at my food truck in early spring 2023.
